JAKE OLI

Coming from the humble beginnings of a council estate in the UK, Jake
found an outlet in music at a young age and it has been his passion ever since. He started out playing in bands at local pubs, ranging from metal to jazz, working his
way up to playing at the iconic Ronnie Scott’s venue in London.
Throughout the last five years, he has been traveling across continents
with his guitar on his back, headphones around his neck and USB sticks in his pocket. Immersing himself in different cultures, feeling the influence of traditional styles with local musicians (and even letting them teach him their dance moves!), Jake’s sets are infused with a distinctive, eclectic vibe.
From playing gigs incorporating traditional Indian sounds in Goa, to Latin
vibes flowing through his sets in South America, to setting fire to the dance floor on small islands in the Philippines and everywhere in between - he’s left his mark on the world as much as it’s left its mark on him. His experiences have woven themselves into his musical journey as a guitarist and DJ. His sets range from funk, soul, disco and house, to ska and reggae at his various residencies in London, all infused with the sounds he’s been
inspired by along the way. PRESS
“I have had the pleasure of working with Jake Oli a number of times and always found him polite and professional in everything he undertakes! He has a particularly keen ear for music and is extremely talented both in terms of live DJ’ing and stringed instruments” - Duncan Cheesmer, ‘DC10’ (HouseFm, Ministry of Sound, Groove Odyssey) “He has a fresh sound, different from what we usually have here. I’d have him play every weekend!” - Arcadius, Owner CLE Records “One of our stages was nearly empty at one of our events – within minutes of Jake Oli getting on the decks he pulled a crowd
over and completely changed the atmosphere”

BRAZMAN

My name is Serhat Ozbal, also known as Brazman. I’ve been immersed in the music scene since 1984, when I was just 10 years old. The defining moment came when I first heard Kraftwerk – Tour de France, a track that sparked a lifelong passion for electronic music.
I attended my first rave in 1991 at Orange, Camden Palace, and more than 30 years later, I’m still on the dancefloor at Orange in Camden. I’ve been a dedicated raver for over three decades, started buying music back then, and have never stopped.
My sound spans oldskool rave, house, deep house, techno, and acid, and my DJ style blends the warmth of vinyl with the flexibility of digital.

DJ RICH

Dj Rich  lifelong passion for music.
I bought my first 7" single in 1977, the same year I attended my first concert at Hammersmith Odeon. By 1984 I’d started a mobile disco, and in my late teens I was DJing weekly in my hometown of Hitchin alongside my best mate Sacha (aka DJ Ashe on In2groove Radio), playing everything from rare groove and house to rave and hardcore.
I spent over 16 years as a mobile DJ across the UK before moving to New Zealand more than 15 years ago, where I’ve continued to DJ occasionally. I later graduated Class Dux from the New Zealand School of Radio with a Diploma in Commercial Broadcasting, hosting six radio shows and writing commercials as my first paid role in NZ.
Music is in my blood, and sharing it—whether on the dancefloor or the airwaves—is what drives me.

My favourite quote from Norman Cook aka Fatboy Slim :-

"There are two kinds of people in the world, one kind of person that when they hear a record they really like they just want to hear it over and over again on their headphones, they are called normal people.

Then there are another kind of person that as soon as they hear a record they really like they have to play it to everybody else to enjoy it, they are called...... DJs"!!

Pretty much sums up my DNA!
